For more efficient power transfer, the machines have a 2-speed ZF helical planetary gearbox that transmits plenty of power to the spindle - the highest torque in the industry at the lowest rpm! To handle all this power, the machines employ a performance spindle that is flexible enough to handle everything from high-torque, heavy cutting to high-speed machining. And an ultra-fast cam-type twin-arm ATC minimizes tool change times.
