Absolute now offers the MT Series of 30 degree true slant bed box way lathes. Turning centers start with the sturdy MT-208, with a maximum turning diameter of 13.77 in.

MT-310

The MT-310 has a 30 in. turn length. Standard features include:

MT-415

The robust MT-415 is well-suited for shops needing exceptional cutting performance for turning long workpieces. The lathe has a maximum turning diameter of approximately 20 in. and boasts the following features:

• 80 in. turn length
• Box ways
• 40 HP “P” motor
• 15 in. chuck
• 4.6 in. bar capacity

The MT-415 delivers large part turning capacity at a cost similar to flat bed CNC engine lathes.  Unlike CNC engine lathes, however, the turning center can be equipped with turn through steady rest capability.
